Romania to Change Incentive Scheme From July or 2014, Nita Says

Feb. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Romania plans to change its renewables incentive scheme from July or the beginning of 2014, as it seeks to cut the maximum value of green certificates granted for clean energy generation, Minister Delegate for Energy Constantin Nita said in an interview in Bucharest today.
