Blast at Lebanon Water Company Seriously Injures 1, NNA Reports

April 25 (Bloomberg) -- A bomb exploded at Baalbek’s water company today, seriously injuring a worker in the Bekaa Valley facility northeast of Beirut. The victim, Mohammad Farid Mazloum, had both feet amputated after being rushed to the hospital, Lebanon’s official National News Agency reported.

No other details were given in the Ministry of Information report. Baalbek is a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its Roman architecture, ancient ruins, columns and temples.
